How do you plan the programmes?

We call you on the phone or Skype and discuss your language needs and interests. This is your free Consultation Call (minimum 30 mins).Then we adapt the programme to suit you, or plan one of our Custom programmes for you.

We email you our proposal within 48 hours.

What goals are reasonable for your programmes?

We work with you to clarify your goals, whatever they are. Our experience and coaching techniques have proved very successful in this. We advise you on the targets we think you can achieve in the time. We are very frank about this. This happens during the consultation call.

I can’t decide which programme is best

We will answer all your questions and ask you some questions. Then we advise you to help you decide what’s best for you. This happens during the Consultation Call.

How can I be sure I’ll get good results?

Everyone is different, so we pay a lot of attention to the Consultation Call in which you define your goals. We listen to you and ask you questions to find out about your language ability and how you learn. This gives us the best chance of predicting your results.

At the beginning of the course we analyse your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your goals. On your first day we analyse these and list the areas you need to work on to achieve these.

We monitor, test and rate your progress with every day. We make sure we review what and how we teach you to help you reach your goals.

I need to improve my business writing. Can you help me?

If you only need writing, then we recommend an Online programme. We need to have a Consultation Call and some writing samples.

When do your courses run?

Courses run all year except for UK National holidays. Booking is required 6 weeks before the start of a programme.

How and when do I have pay for the programme?

When you wish to confirm your booking, we will send you a booking form to fill in. Then you return the form to us and pay a deposit of £200.

You need to pay the full programme fee no later than 6 weeks before the start of the programme. Payment is usually by bank transfer.

What happens if I cancel?

This is our cancellation policy:

I don’t speak any English. What do you recommend?

I’m sorry, but our courses are not recommended for you! They are designed for people with at least some basic English.

Please come back to us when you are at level A2 CEF or over (The Common European Framework). We’ll be delighted to accept you on one of our programmes.
